Our meals are our messages.

“Tell me what you eat, and I’ll tell you who you are,” wrote renowned gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin in 1825 and his words ring truer today than ever.

As a community we have come a long way towards a more cohesive understanding of what we need, love and create as eaters in a world overgrown with bad practices. The rise of locally grown, sustainable, back-to-the-farm food has not only improved our taste for more healthy ingredients — but created a challenge for all of us to go out of our way to regain an ongoing relationship with our world. By working together with local organizations and farmers, we are committed to raising the level of taste and improving the nutrition of every food as well as promoting these growers, organizers and lifestyle improving methods.
