Mezze Bistro Hosts Berkshire Grown Canning Workshop

Mezze Bistro + Bar hosted a pickling workshop at Sheep Hill in Williamstown as part of Berkshire Grown’s Preserving the Bounty educational canning event series last week. Lauren Gotlieb led 11 participants prepping and pickling carrots and beets from Mighty Food Farm and, despite recollections of Lady Macbeth when peeling the beets, they had a great time. Next year we’ll host on a weekend day so even more people can participate!
