Omar Montoya, Chef Peruvian-born Omar Montoya was named executive chef and shaped the menu with his South American- and New York City-inspired dishes. Montoya attended the New York Restaurant School and then the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He honed his skill at several New York steakhouses and country clubs before becoming the head chef for the original Mezze Bistro. |

Celisha Racicot, Front of House Manager Celisha began working in restaurants while in high school and continued to wait tables throughout college. She graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business. She worked in the fashion industry in New York City, and later Arizona, but decided that she truly desired was a career in the restaurant industry in New England.
